Store registration data

• Store name, phone number, address (street, city, postal code, state, country)
• Administrator e-mail address
• Site domain and store platform version

Purpose: activation of the Easy Return service.

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Time of data transfer: one-time, after giving consent for registration and registering the plugin.

Shipping options request data

• Plugin UUID (an anonymized identifier generated locally),
• Store domain,
• Country code.

Purpose: retrieval of available shipping methods.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Frequency: on each return request, with results cached for 24 hours.

Return request data (customer data)

• Mailbox ID,
• Return ID,
• WooCommerce order ID,
• Customer billing details: full name, email address, phone number, address (city, postal code, country).

Purpose: creation of a return shipment draft on the Easy Return platform.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data retention period

In the case of store-related data – for the duration of the service provision, and thereafter for the period necessary until the expiration of the limitation period for claims related to the contract.

In the case of customer-related data – for a period of 30 days or until an objection to the processing of personal data is raised by the data subject, whichever occurs first.

User rights

Everyone has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing with respect to data processed on the basis of consent. Everyone also has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data granted to the Data Controller.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The rights of the data subject, including the withdrawal of consent, may be exercised by submitting a statement using the contact details of the Data Controller (Allekurier Sp. z o.o., ul. Balicka 12A/B4, 30-149 Kraków, Poland) or the Data Protection Officer (Radosław Szewczuk, iod@wygodnezwroty.pl).

Transfers of data outside the EEA

Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
